DAMIEN JAY aka UNDISPUTED GROOVES is from the UK and after playing all over London and Europe, currently resides in Las Vegas since 2008 doing mixes and playing parties. Undisputed Grooves is one of the aliases of English DJ/producer Damien Jay who started djing in nightclubs and making mixes in 1996. Undisputed Grooves started out as a mixtapes series that is still going and shared virtually & physically every daily. Since 2002 Undisputed Grooves has hosted radio shows with listeners tuning in daily around the world. In 2009-2011 Undisputed Grooves had the flagship show on a prominent Las Vegas radio station, later the show was used to launch a fully blown House music station. Undisputed Grooves’ 2013 release, a remix of the song by R&B group CHANGING FACES called CAN’T BE THAT OTHER WOMAN’ charted as a double #1 on the HouseCharts, springing into 1st place on the Soulful house charts ‘and’ the Funky House charts, at the same time! In early 2014 Undisputed Grooves recorded an album with Grammy winner Skip Martin, who was formerly in The Dazz band and spent 20 years of his career as the lead singer of Kool & the gang. This musical crusade is to bring awareness to obesity and childhood diabetes through dancing…. The first single has been released from the ‘Skip Martin’s Dr Dance Project is “Can You Whine’ feat Prince Ama & Galaxxy Quuen ” – out now on Itunes & Amazon!! 🙂 Undisputed Grooves most recent production work is a remix single titled ‘STILL STANDING’ by the UK girl group ‘ANYTHING BUT MONDAY’ a quadruple platinum music group of all-girl singers from London. Their first release quickly climbed up the DJ Top 50 Dance and Crossover charts all over the world. STILL STANDING was up for consideration as the theme song for the Olympics in Brazil, you can listen to the sexy house remix on Mixcity or Soundcloud.
